Provider and your organization
NeedsPage is provided by Mark Phillips, a sole proprietor trading as Start AI Cincy, at 301 Constance Pl, Harrison, OH 45030, United States. Contact support@needspage.com for service questions, billing@needspage.com for billing questions, or Mark@needspage.com for privacy and owner questions. Creating an organization account requires that you are an adult authorized to act for that organization and accept these terms. Staff permissions must reflect the access your organization intends to grant.
Plans, trial and renewal
Plans cost $39.99 per month or $399 per year, in US dollars, plus any applicable taxes shown before payment. You choose a plan and provide payment information before your NeedsPage is created. A 30-day trial starts when the required card setup is completed. Unless you cancel renewal before the trial ends, your selected plan is billed automatically. We send a reminder five days before the first billing date.
Subscriptions renew for the selected monthly or annual period until canceled. Organization owners can manage renewal in Settings → Billing & payments. Canceling renewal does not itself request a refund or delete records. After paid access expires, existing records remain readable by authorized members, but publishing and new signups require an eligible subscription.
Contact billing@needspage.com to request a subscription refund. Requests are reviewed individually; these terms do not promise automatic prorated refunds. This does not limit rights required by applicable law.
Supporter payments and event tickets
Supporter payments use the organization's connected payment account. Monetary needs and paid event tickets require completed payment setup and an organization-confirmed processing rate. The initial payment scope is US organizations, US-issued cards and US dollars.
Before payment, checkout shows the requested donation or ticket amount and Processing fees, with a breakdown of payment processing and a NeedsPage fee equal to 1% of the requested amount. The processing calculation uses the rate the organization confirms. Incorrect or changed rates can change the organization's actual net proceeds; the organization must keep its rate accurate. Nonprofit status does not automatically establish a discounted processing rate.
The organization is responsible for fulfillment, event delivery, cancellation rules and supporter refunds. Contact it first about a supporter payment. For a full refund, NeedsPage returns its 1% platform fee; the organization bears processing fees the payment provider does not return. Partial refunds require review. Payment and chargeback principal are customer money, separate from the platform's operating charges. A ticket or contribution is not automatically tax deductible; the organization is responsible for any appropriate receipt and representation.
Your content and activities
Your organization retains its rights to its content and permits us to host, display, process and back it up to provide the service. Only publish information, images and branding you have permission to use. Keep needs, availability, prices and instructions accurate. A supporter commitment records an intention to help; staff must confirm actual delivery or service.
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity, unsolicited messaging, infringement, unauthorized access or attempts to evade payment or usage controls. Obtain permission before sending invitations. Provide appropriate activity eligibility, supervision and guardian consent where needed. Sponsorship arrangements are made directly between the organization and sponsor; they do not automatically credit a NeedsPage subscription.
Sidekick, support and availability
Sidekick provides assistance based on the service's reviewed guidance and permitted organization records. It can make mistakes and does not replace your judgment or professional advice. Review consequential proposals before confirming them. Usage controls may temporarily pause AI, uploads, email or other costly work; saved records remain subject to the service's access rules. We do not promise unlimited usage, uninterrupted service or guaranteed donation outcomes.
Support is available through the service or support@needspage.com. Built-in text messaging is not included in the first launch. We may suspend access necessary to address abuse, security, failed payments or legal obligations and will provide an explanation where appropriate. Contact Mark@needspage.com about record export or account deletion; cancellation alone preserves records.
Changes and applicable rights
We will explain material service or price changes before they affect an upcoming renewal. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law requires. No arbitration agreement, special governing-law selection or liability cap is included in this draft. Effective date: 2026-10-13.
